7. OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order to purchase an event/gift from MEGA-uk.co.uk or MEGA-Club.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Confirmation E-mail to you. Any events on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Confirmation E-mail to have been booked do not form part of that contract.

Orders are subject to availability. We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.

Our total liability in respect of any breach of the contract or breach of duty, fault, negligence or otherwise whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with the contract, shall be limited to the value of the contract.

8. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

We list availability information for MEGA-Club events sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by e-mail. The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation.

No refund will be provided for any booking cancelled within 14 days of the event.

9. DAMAGES AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

You are responsible to Main Event Group Activities Ltd or any supplier of goods and services for any damage caused to property generally by any act, default or neglect by you or your guests, and shall pay on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.

Main Event Group Activities Ltd do not accept responsibility for the property of Members, Customers or their guests. Property left unattended at an event is entirely at the owner's risk.

10. ALTERATIONS

Main Event Group Activities Ltd aim to provide you with the services requested for the event, but in the unlikely event that Main Event Group Activities Ltd for any reason need to change any aspect of the function they reserve the right to do so at any time. Main Event Group Activities Ltd will notify you immediately this happens, and will use their reasonable endeavours to provide alternatives to an equal or higher standard.

11. HEALTH & SAFETY

By purchasing any event from us, you acknowledge that participation in events is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Where necessary, training will be provided by qualified instructors in the use of equipment prior to participation in an event. However, it is recommended that you consult your General Practitioner prior to participation should you have any known medical condition or other concerns regarding fitness.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be held responsible for any failure to provide events ordered by you or any delay in delivering goods ordered by you, the cause of which is any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

13. INVALIDITY

In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

14.1 This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire Agreement between them relating to its subject matter.

14.2 These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by an authorised person at Main Event Group Activities Ltd.

14.3 Nothing said or any representation made by any employee, including but not limited to our telesales staff, should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions of the sale or as an authorised representation about the goods provided. Our disclaimer of liability shall include but not be limited to misleading and untrue representations but shall not include fraudulent misrepresentations.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
