what is mega Puzzle?

The Guinness Book of Records states that currently the worlds biggest jigsaw puzzle covers an area of 5,428 metres square. mega aim to break that record whilst raising an overall target of £2million for particpants chosen chartieis and good causes – but thats only possible with YOUR support.

who can get be a part of this?

Anyone can get involved!

how do I/We get involved?

the method is simple – via a number of fund raising methods you will need to raise just £250.00, with majority of this going to your chosen charity. For example, schools have decided to use this as a novel way of raising funds for their particular projects, with funds raised for the school – and the jigsaw pieces displayed at the school as an ongoing reminder that they were part of the world record breaking attempt.

what happens after the record is confirmed?

After the event, your jigsaw piece(s) are designed to be displayed in your reception area or on your office wall, and each will include an aerial photograph of the completed jigsaw plus an ownership certificate showing your involvement in this unique event. If you are school that has entered, you can request individual certificates for all your pupils so they each have a reminder of their involvement.
the technical bits

  • each piece of jigsaw will measure just over half a metre square
  • each piece will be made of traditional jigsaw material
  • each piece of the jigsaw has to display a part of the overall picture
